Formawita Lutim Mosi does not believe PT Vale's acceptance of non-staff workers

SOROWAKO, FORMAWITA NEWS– Currently, PT Vale is carrying out the process of recruiting non-staff workers. On Sunday (25/2/2023) the technical test results came out. 

The head of Formawita Lutim, Hasfin K, who is always called Therenzha, expressed a motion of no confidence in the PT Vale Non-Staff Laborer selection process. 

“Because there are findings that were obtained by the monitors, namely all organizational representatives in PT Vale's 4 empowerment areas. In the next 2 or 3 days, I will write to the Governor of South Sulawesi regarding this matter," Therenzha told the media crew, Monday (27/2/23). 

Therenzha explained, there was a polemic between community organizations and PT Vale when the technical test results were issued on 25 February 2023. 

So that said a motion of no confidence in the Lutim Regency Government (Manpower Service) and the Chairperson of the Lutim DPRD. Because the Head of the Manpower Office issued language that he would take action if there was a lie made by the non-staff recruitment committee which was temporarily carried out by PT Vale. 

Meanwhile, the committee had clearly stated that they would not publish the test results before speaking to BOD Vale on the grounds of requests made by all community organizations who were present in front of the Lutim Head of Manpower Office. 

A few hours after the meeting was held, PT Vale actually issued technical test results. And to this day, there has been no action taken by the Lutim Manpower Office. "This is a big question mark for me. Meanwhile, the meeting was held after the Maghrib prayer," said Therenzha. 

This was mediated directly by the Head of Manpower Office because there were findings obtained by the monitors, namely all organizational representatives in PT Vale's four empowerment areas. 

While the leadership of the Lutim DPRD at the time of file selection, he was present as a community representative. In the file thenikal test, he was not present. "So that's a big question mark for me too. In the next two or three days, I will write to the Governor of South Sulawesi regarding this matter," he said.
